CEO and Founder

Anne-Marie is a leading figure in the design of later living housing and care. During her 25 years in architecture she has overseen the delivery of some 14,000 homes and care beds for older people, many of which have been recognised by award bodies including the RIBA and Housing Design Awards.

Chris has over 15 years experience in designing and delivering a broad range of highly regarded and award winning projects. His eye for detail and commercial understanding have earned Chris a reputation for designing efficient schemes of high-quality, which adds project value.

Laura is a talented designer who brings skills in concept design, spatial planning, graphics and brand standards. Her passion for sustainable construction, net-zero carbon, and the re-use of existing buildings are a major asset to our team

Billie is a skilled and creative designer. Her base understanding, and experience, in operational and mixed-use residential development compliments the practice experience. She is an asset to the team and is keen to learn and understand the world of later living.
